Refund policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make the return process as clear and straightforward as possible.

RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day your order is delivered.
Returns must be initiated and shipped back within this 30-day window.

Please note that returned items must be sent back within the return period to be eligible for a refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

All original tags and labels must be attached

Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale

Shipping costs are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and intimate garments (including socks)

Items returned after the 30-day return period

Items returned worn, damaged, or altered without prior approval from customer support

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and will not be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

The reason for your return

Our support team will provide return instructions.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Ship your return to the address provided by our team using a trackable shipping service.
Please keep your proof of shipment until your return is fully processed.

Step 3: Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is approved, we will process your refund.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 10 working days after arrival at our warehouse

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

After processing, refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

Please note: Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@victoria-alison.com.
Our team will assess the issue and provide the most appropriate solution.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
If you wish to return an item after delivery, please follow the return process above.

RETURN SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must arrange their own return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace). We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes related to the return shipment.
If customs charges are unpaid and the package is not delivered to our warehouse, the return will be refused.

Our central warehouse is located in Asia.
Return shipping costs typically range between USD 25–50, depending on your location and courier.
